
I am currently enjoying an omelet stuffed pretzel. Mmm... I ordered stuffed pretzels on December 20th, but they didn't arrive until yesterday. This put quite the damper on my plans to give them to my family for Christmas. Well, it wasn't that big a deal... I drew a picture of a pretzel and gave it to my mom on Christmas Day. Who wouldn't be hype about my artistic skills?
Anyway, I've been calling these pretzel people day in and day out trying to get some sort of compensation for the late arrival of my tantalizingly twisted treats. The pretzel people and UPS put me through all sorts of confusion because I had received emails saying the shipment was cancelled, but then I come home to four huge boxes! I paid good money ($169.34)) for those pretzels and most importantly the two day shipping costs and I deserved to at least get the shipping refunded since they were so late. After calling and being put through to someone's voicemail and then calling back, they put me through to someone in quality assurance. Finally! Someone who could help me!! Yes, and she will be putting in a refund for my pretzels next week. I won't get too excited until I see that money back in my bank account. They sure took it out fast enough, so hopefully they can do the same putting it back in. :)
